Our assemblies consistently set the standard because our people consistently raise the bar.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Piston Automotive?</strong></p>\n<p>Competitive Wages, Paid Holidays & Vacation, Medical & Rx Plans, Dental & Vision Plans.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Perform mechanical Preventive Maintenance on Equipment (Lubrication, Hydraulics, electrical and controls)</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot and repair Hydraulic Issues as needed</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot and repair powered conveyance systems</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and valving</p>\n<p>· Set up Electric Torque runners and Vision Cameras - troubleshoot as needed</p>\n<p>· Fabrication and installation of hard piped airlines</p>\n<p>· Fabrication and installation of welded assemblies through the plant</p>\n<p>· Maintain and troubleshoot lifting devices as needed (pneumatic)</p>\n<p>· Trouble shoot electrical controls and circuits up to 575V - 30 A</p>\n<p>· Trouble shoot robot issues, programs, and end effectors as needed.</p>\n<p>· Assist in PLC troubleshooting - simple program changes and monitoring</p>\n<p>· Modify and move electrical circuits up to 120V-15A</p>\n<p>· Assist in larger electrical projects as needed</p>\n<p>· Make repairs to building as needed (ie: man doors, drywall, painting)</p>\n<p>· Perform minor plumbing tasks as needed (fixture repairs, valve replacements)</p>\n<p>· Other small repairs as needed</p>\n<p>· Use LOTO processes and procedures when repairing equipment.</p>\n<p>· Follow standard safety procedures, correct safety and environmental hazards and report then to the appropriate supervisor immediately.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Industrial Millwright (433A) and 3-5 years of equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n <li>Strong commitment to workplace safety.</li>\n <li>Experience with standard office computing systems including Word, Office, Excel, and internet browsers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Hourly Rate - $42.00-$48.00 CAD</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Piston Automotive, part of the Piston Group family of companies, is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values the unique contributions of every employee.
