font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">​</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">ORS are seeking a Graduate Health &amp; Safety Consultant to support the delivery of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) duties in line with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. <br><br>This role offers exposure to projects of varying scale and complexity, with structured development into a fully competent Health &amp; Safety and PSDP professional.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Initial Development Phase:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with, and support a senior consultant and wider HSM team team to learn the PSDP function</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support preparation of project documentation, including:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Preliminary Safety &amp; Health Plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">PSDP Stage Reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Safety File compilation<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><em>Progression Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend client, design, and site meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Conduct design health &amp; safety reviews with project design teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Carry out site visits and audits</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Review designs and designer risk assessments for compliance with Health &amp; Safety legislation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate residual hazards and risks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide safety support to internal and external project teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Offer competent advice to clients and designers on legislation and best practice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage dedicated projects, including financial oversight</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deliver general health &amp; safety consultancy services to clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Skills &amp; experience</span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Construction Management, Engineering, Health &amp; Safety, or a related discipline</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding (or academic exposure to) Irish Health &amp; Safety legislation, particularly construction regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Placement or internship experience in construction, engineering, or health &amp; safety is desirable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong organisational skills with attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
