Responsibilities Assist residents in accessing various resources and services that promote well being. Organize and participate in community events and workshops aimed at educating residents. Provide support for program activities, including tutoring, job readiness training, and health fairs. Facilitate communication between residents and staff, ensuring a clear understanding of available services. Help create a welcoming environment for residents by engaging in positive interactions and offering assistance as needed. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from residents to help improve services provided. Support staff in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing records. Requirements A genuine desire to serve the community and help others in need. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with diverse populations. Basic organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to commit a consistent number of hours each week for at least three months. Experience or background in social services, education, or community engagement is a plus. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
