The Patient Advocate Data Entry I is a part of the larger Customer Success team, who works to resolve and preempt customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience. This role is responsible for the timely and accurate data entry and management of patient orders. They are a significant contributor to our high-throughput workflow and an integral part of our CLIA lab.</span></p><h2>Responsibility</h2><ol><li>Translate critical healthcare information and test orders from test request forms into database accurately and timely.</li><li>Review received orders for required elements and effectively communicate missing elements.</li><li>Ensure a high level of quality throughput.</li><li>Complies with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations.</li></ol><h2>Qualifications</h2><ol><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Data entry experience.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">High School diploma or equivalent.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Detail oriented.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Quick learner.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Problem solving and research abilities.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">High level of accuracy.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Adaptability to changing policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Proficiency in Windows and Internet Browsers.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Preferred 6 months to 1 year of medical setting experience.</span></li><li><span style=\"color: black;\">Preference given to higher net typing speed applicants.</span></li></ol><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: &quot;&quot;;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></p><h2><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-family: &quot;&quot;;\">Lifting Requirements – sedentary work or exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
