          "text": "<p>RESPEC seeks a<strong>n Electrical EIT (Engineer in Training) </strong>to join our <strong>Fairbanks, AK</strong> office. This is an onsite position based in Fairbanks.</p><p>The Electrical EIT’s primary focus is on electrical design for facilities such as buildings and airports. &#xa0;&#xa0;This includes new construction and renovations in collaboration with architects, civil, structural, mechanical, and fire protection engineers.</p><p>Duties may also include construction inspection of facility and utility or transportation projects. This is a great career opportunity for a dynamic, energetic individual looking to grow in their profession.</p><p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Assist engineers in calculations.</li><li>Support engineers in code review and research.</li><li>Place devices in drawings and circuiting.</li><li>Assist engineers in design and Construction Administration (CA)</li><li>Participate in meetings and work collaboratively in a variety of work groups.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Our ideal candidate will possess:</strong></p><p>• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution</p><p>• F.E.: passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam, or ability to pass the exam within 6 months.</p><p>• Proficiency in a variety of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.</p><p>• Motivated, energetic, and driven to take on new tasks.</p><p>• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in a team.</p><p>• Detail-oriented and organization skills</p><p>• Strong verbal &amp; written communication skills.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p>• Ability to read and interpret building codes, and regulations.</p><p>• Desire to learn and advance in technical skills and understanding.</p><p>• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record; position requires operating a company or personal vehicle during work hours for business-related travel.</p><p><strong>Additional Preferred Experience/Skills</strong></p><p>• Revit experience.</p><p>• SKM, Elum Tools, or other Electrical software experience.</p><p>• Experience with construction.</p><p>• Cold region/Alaska experience.</p><p>• Experience with airports and aviation.</p><p>• Experience with preparing plans, specifications, and design calculations.</p>",
