Machine Operators are responsible to set up the machines, operate equipment and run parts at the production standard while maintaining 5S and cleanliness of the work station.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Duties</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate a minimum of five (5) job classifications within the designated area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fill in as needed for production standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate CNC Machines / Manual Lathes, Mills and Grinders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check dimensions to ensure quality of parts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Read and understand simple blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure integrity of product and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all production and safety procedures.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.25in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience and Education&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of one (1) year of operation of CNC or Manual machinery.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">General knowledge of standard measuring instruments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and understand basic blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work to close tolerances and check part dimensions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 lbs continuously and 50 lbs occasionally.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Requires prolonged periods of working on your feet and walking occasionally throughout the day.</li></ul></div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\">HBD Industries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
