Hybrid Considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Manage the hiring, training, and performance management of Lab Technicians and CGD Engineers.</li><li>Ensure staff are adequately trained and perform work in accordance with SHINE’s quality assurance program.&nbsp;</li><li>Mentor staff on commercial grade dedication plan development and execution.</li><li>Identify, schedule, and manage work of CGD Engineers and Lab Technicians in integrated project schedule to CGD mechanical and electrical components.</li><li>Interface with Procurement Engineering and Construction organizations to coordinate CGD and qualification activities with installation dates.</li><li>Develop and track lab operations budget to maintain facilities and equipment purchases.</li><li>Provide approvals for CGD plans and environment qualification packages to qualify commercial items for QL-1 applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Interface with Engineering department to understand and identify safety functions and critical characteristics of the items being tested.</li><li>Maintain and update implementing CGD procedures and instructions, as required.</li><li>Develop Overage, Shortage, Damage, and Discrepant (OSDD) reports, as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and specifications during dedication activities.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
