    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n  <p>The Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly interface with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure the accurate life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule management from original estimate through project completion.&nbsp;</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Prepares Critical Path Method (CPM) scenarios for management consideration and incorporates final approach into a complete CPM schedule&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Accumulate and access historical and forecast data for use in maintaining realistic future planning and forecasting.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develop an understanding of project scopes and contracts.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Communicates with Owner to assure customer satisfaction or implements corrective action when needed&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provide scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risk.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ensures that project teams are aware of and properly responds to risks relative to schedule and delay&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Provides oversight and notifications to management of any concerns regarding contract notice, delay, and proper documentation of project schedules&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Participates in project pursuits and prepares fee proposals, RFP responses, presentation content, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Accurately documents schedule basis in narrative identifying critical assumptions for internal use, GMP’s and Owner documentation&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Conducts monthly schedule project audits&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Develops or assists in training Project Managers and Superintendents on how to schedule and use scheduling software to manage work in the field&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Supports a positive and inclusive work environment&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>3-8 years relevant experience&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Understanding of Earned Value Management System&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px;text-decoration-color:initial;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-thickness:initial;\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Self Sufficient in Document Control and Office software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px;padding:0px;\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Self Sufficient in scheduling software's, including but not limited to Primavera 6, or MSP&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Willingness to relocate to project locations as needed;
