Typical projects involve stormwater management design, stream restoration / natural channel design, storm drainage design, floodplain management and analysis, and other watershed planning projects. Our Richmond Water Resources group serves a wide range of municipal, state, federal and private sector clients. Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.</em></p>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources.</li>\n <li>4-8 years’ water resources-related experience.</li>\n <li>Experience in watershed and storm water management, design of stormwater quantity and quality control measures (specifically to Virginia DEQ BMP Clearinghouse), surface water hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, and watershed/waterway modeling</li>\n <li>Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, HY-8, TR-20, AutoCAD.</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>P.E. license preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
