If so, <strong>Embark at San Martin </strong>invites you to join our mission-driven team as a <strong>Facility Manager, </strong>a vital role providing leadership and guidance to staff in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescents. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join us at Embark at our <strong>Short-term Residential Treatment Program</strong> in San Martin, where Behavioral Health Associates offer guidance and support to adolescents and their families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Serving teen girls and boys (gender fluid) ages 12 – 17, experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation and other mental health issues. Pre-teens and teens reside at our Residential Treatment Center in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Mentor & develop staff</strong> — coach Behavioral Health Associates and strengthen their skills through ongoing guidance.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Promote safety</strong> — minimize risks and maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Lead trainings</strong> — design and deliver engaging training sessions for Behavioral Health Associates.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Oversee room safety checks</strong> — ensure room searches are completed thoroughly and documented accurately.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Track attendance</strong> — maintain clear, timely attendance records for staff and residents.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Maintain staffing ratios</strong> — monitor and adjust staffing to meet program and regulatory requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Ensure JCAHO compliance</strong> — complete required documentation promptly and accurately.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Run safety drills</strong> — conduct monthly fire and earthquake drills to reinforce emergency readiness.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Build monthly schedules</strong> — develop and manage the staffing schedule to support smooth operations.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Participate in treatment planning</strong> — attend weekly treatment meetings and complete related documentation.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a Supervisor/Manager role with direct reports</li>\n   <li>Minimum 2 years of experience working in behavioral health.</li>\n   <li>High School Diploma or GED is required</li>\n   <li>21+ years of age or older</li>\n   <li>Able to pass pre-employment drug screen</li>\n   <li>Able to pass criminal investigation background check</li>\n   <li>Current driver's license</li>\n   <li>Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.</li>\n   <li>Skilled in de-escalating agitated adolescents</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Preferred \n  <ul>\n   <li>One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.</li>\n   <li>Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to an established Mastery Program that offers professional and financial opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li><strong>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</strong> – Multiple plan options including PPO and HDHPs with HSA eligibility and company contributions.</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Parental Leave</strong> – Up to 6 weeks fully paid for exempt employees and 4 weeks for non-exempt.</li>\n <li><strong>Life & Disability Coverage</strong> – Company-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability; voluntary life and optional short-term disability available.</li>\n <li><strong>401(k) with Company Match</strong> – Retirement savings with matching contributions after eligibility period.</li>\n <li><strong>PTO & Holidays</strong> – Competitive PTO accrual plans and paid holidays throughout the year.</li>\n <li><strong>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</strong> – Free, confidential support for life’s challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Embark is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.</strong> We are committed to enriching the therapeutic and healing experience we offer through the diversity of our employees and community.
