    "description": "<p>NextGen Technologies has been doing commercial fire protection and low-voltage in the Savannah market for 20+ years. We're hiring an experienced Low Voltage Technician for our commercial crew: fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, structured cabling. If you've been pulling and terminating on commercial jobsites, we want to talk.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and service low-voltage systems: fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, structured cabling</li>\n<li>Pull, terminate, and test cabling (CAT5e/6, plenum, J-hooks, ladder tray)</li>\n<li>Mount and program devices</li>\n<li>Run service calls and troubleshoot system issues</li>\n<li>Work off prints and coordinate with GCs and electricians on commercial jobs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years hands-on commercial low-voltage experience</li>\n<li>Fire alarm experience preferred. We'll cross-train if you've got the wiring fundamentals.</li>\n<li>NICET I preferred. Not required.
