The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing complex accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cost accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. This role involves developing and implementing financial policies, analyzing financial data for forecasting and variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Accounting Manager will lead daily cash management, auditing, and reconciliations while providing leadership to direct reports. Additionally, they will serve as the ERP administrator, maintaining financial processes and controls.
