The Maintenance Supervisor partners with leadership to uphold regulatory, safety, and operational standards while delivering responsive, service-oriented facilities support.</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n\n<p><br />\nVendor &amp; Contractor Management&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Coordinate and oversee vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, fire/life safety, cleaning) to ensure timely, quality work.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Obtain quotes, schedule work, validate completion, and escalate performance issues.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Ensure vendor access is managed appropriately (sign-in procedures, escorting where required, and compliance with site rules).&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Safety, Security &amp; Compliance&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Support a safe and secure environment by addressing hazards promptly and documenting corrective actions.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Assist with facility compliance activities such as fire extinguisher inspections, emergency lighting checks, life safety systems testing coordination, and maintaining required records.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Follow bank security requirements for keys, access, alarms, and sensitive areas; coordinate with Security/IT as needed.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Projects &amp; Space Support&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Support small projects, branch refreshes, furniture moves, and office setup needs.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Assist with coordinating minor remodels and repairs, ensuring work aligns with bank standards and minimal business disruption.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Administrative &amp; Documentation&nbsp;</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Maintain accurate work order updates, vendor invoices/records, and maintenance logs in the bank&rsquo;s tracking system.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Track inventory of basic supplies and tools; recommend reorder points and cost-effective solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Provide status updates and recurring issue trends to leadership; propose preventative solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n\t<li>5+ years of hands-on building maintenance experience (commercial, retail, banking, or similar environment preferred).&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Strong working knowledge of general maintenance: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and facility troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation (or ability to travel as required).&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks in varied conditions.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
