This role will cover a leave of absence and last approximately 12-14 months. This role </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization while contributing to cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work with Azure-based services, infrastructure automation, and modern operational practices alongside traditional IT administration responsibilities.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused, enjoys solving technical problems, and has a strong background in Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, networking, and enterprise infrastructure. You will play a key role in </span><span>maintaining</span><span> business-critical systems, supporting security initiatives, and helping modernize our internal technology environment.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What You'll Do</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide day-to-day help desk support and technical </span><span>assistance</span><span> to employees across the organization.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management solutions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage user accounts, access controls, licensing, and identity management processes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain Windows-based infrastructure including workstations, servers, enterprise applications, and related services.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support and administer networking infrastructure including firewalls, VPN connectivity, wireless networks, switching, and internet connectivity.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage endpoint security, device compliance, patch management, and system monitoring.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with internal teams to </span><span>maintain</span><span> security standards, governance controls, and compliance requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology improvement projects.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support business applications, collaboration platforms, and productivity tools.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to</span><span> documentation, knowledge management, and operational procedures.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support AI-related productivity tools and technology initiatives across the organization.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage and support cloud-based infrastructure and services within Microsoft Azure.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with the administration and monitoring of containerized and cloud-native platforms.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives using scripting and infrastructure management tools.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support deployment processes, platform operations, and operational tooling used by the Cloud Operations team.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What We're Looking For</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or enterprise support environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong Windows systems administration experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience supporting enterprise networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, switching, and wireless infrastructure.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with endpoint management and security platforms.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience administering Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, or security services.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with PowerShell or other automation technologies is considered an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with Linux systems or cloud infrastructure is considered an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understanding of</span><span> cybersecurity best practices, identity management, and compliance requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with GitHub, source control practices, or infrastructure-as-code concepts is considered an asset.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exposure to containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, or platform operations is considered an
