    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.17.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p>The Clinical and Mental Health Counseling department has an opening for an adjunct instructor. &nbsp;Under the direction of the Program Director, the instructor provides instruction for classroom and/or laboratory settings in coordination with the established course and program objectives.&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\">&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li>Must&nbsp;have&nbsp;a&nbsp;personal&nbsp;relationship&nbsp;with&nbsp;Jesus&nbsp;Christ,&nbsp;a&nbsp;strong&nbsp;desire&nbsp;to serve&nbsp;others,&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;commitment&nbsp;to being a&nbsp;faithful steward of&nbsp;University&nbsp;resources</li><li>Commitment towards the integration of Christian faith in teaching and practice</li><li>Experience&nbsp;and&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;Christian&nbsp;higher&nbsp;education</li><li>Successful&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in teaching&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;university&nbsp;level</li><li>Participate&nbsp;and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;counseling&nbsp;profession&nbsp;through&nbsp;sustained&nbsp;memberships&nbsp;in&nbsp;professional&nbsp;counseling organizations.</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;certifications&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;licenses&nbsp;related&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;counseling&nbsp;profession&nbsp;and&nbsp;specialty&nbsp;area(s); candidates should be fully licensed</li><li>Strong clinical supervision preparation and ability</li><li>Show evidence of sustained professional development and renewal activities related to&nbsp;counseling; professional service and advocacy in counseling; research and scholarly activity in&nbsp;counseling&nbsp;commensurate&nbsp;with their&nbsp;faculty role.</li><li>Education, Experience and Licensure:<ul><li>Required Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in counseling or related field</li><li>Preferred Education: Master&rsquo;s degree in clinical mental health counseling, or in the process of earning a PhD in Counselor Education &amp; Supervision.
