Our ultimate goal is to prepare our interns to enter the workforce with the necessary skills to fell confident and competent in their ability to affect change in their choice field of practice.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Location: </strong>Westminster, Maryland</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Hours: </strong>20 hours/week</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Compensation: </strong>$14/hour for direct clinical hours</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">With supervision, meet with assigned clients in group, individual, joint or family sessions in accordance with established practice standards and expectations including meeting weekly/monthly appointments as recommended and as requested by patient or providers.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Schedule appointments with clients according to program standards.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete clinical notes and other documentation requirements within documentation deadlines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Respect the confidentiality of clients and follow all HIPAA guidelines.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Meet with clinical supervisor for individual session weekly. Participate in a group supervision a minimum of once per month.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete monthly EVS assignments.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Attend monthly staff meetings.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Correspond and collaborate with guardians/family members/social workers/other team members for your clients.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Complete monthly QA Audit and make any necessary changes.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Respond to communication (phone, email, text) from clients and families, referral sources, and ABH staff within 24 hours or the next business day.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Comply with CARF/COMAR/HIPAA/State compliance regulations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Comply with EMR and uphold the 48-hour documentation standard</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Work Experience</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Enrolled as an active student in a master's program. Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, positive, energetic person with a can-do attitude. Excellent customer service and people skills are essential. Ability to be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment.
