Description

Customer Service Representative Essential Duties: Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues Provide administrative support to the Sales Team Answer telephones and respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints Supply customers with price quotes as requested Hit or exceed sales targets Develop and demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s Salesforce, ecommerce, and ERP systems Establish a subject matter expert level of knowledge of our product line, sizing, customer base, distributors, and pricing structure. Ensures customer new orders, returns, and issues are addressed in a timely manner. Handle customer service issues which are escalated or complex in nature due to scope of problem and customer challenges. In conjunction with the sales team, responsible for meeting customer expectations (e.g. call and email service levels and order processing). Develop positive working relationships with Sales team members and top customers. Education and Experience: At least three (3) years Customer Service experience Should be team player, an excellent team motivator, and maintain a positive attitude Excellent communication, analytical problem solving and decision making skills Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public Salesforce experience preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and Outlook Physical Demands: Required to sit for long period of time; infrequent light physical effort required Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
