    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">LOVE WHERE YOU WORK!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Voted <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Best Architectural Firm To Work For since 2018</span>, Taylor Design, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Healthcare Project Architects </span>to join our<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Orange County </span>office. </span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative, and fun architects and designers on award-winning projects.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Project Architect</span>, as a technical quality leader within a design team, should have strong technical expertise in architectural design, construction documents, construction, building codes and project coordination issues associated with diverse project types ideally with the delivery of Healthcare projects. A Senior Project Architect serves as the technical lead on multiple projects through construction.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Effectively coordinate their own work and the work of others using BIM and other design technology tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Assist in ensuring compliance with design intent, and that their work, and the work they supervise, is completed efficiently as planned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Coordinate with the Project Manager or Project Architect to ensure project resources are scheduled and used effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Have good working knowledge of project staffing, budgets, and task management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Communicate with consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and project team to clarify technical issues and share project information with project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Produce design and construction documents, and actively work towards a complete understanding of jurisdictional code issues and resolutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Actively participate in researching construction materials, assemblies, and details.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Be responsible for quality control of their own work and knowledge of and maintaining Taylor Design office standards for documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Participate in the on-going development of firm wide BIM applications, tools, templates, and processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Actively participate in QA reviews of technical documents.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">What you will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent educational experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Registered Architect in the State of California.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Minimum of 10-14 years’ experience in a professional architectural office setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Good to excellent Revit knowledge as well as MS Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Good to excellent working knowledge of CSI Master Format specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Excellent communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Experience in Health Care or Science and Technology a strong plus. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Taylor Design, we’re humble—it keeps us grounded.
