This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Move trailers within the yard to assigned locations for loading and unloading</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform pre-trip inspections on spotter trucks</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Accurately track trailer positions and yard movements</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate with warehouse and operations teams regarding trailer coordination</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain yard cleanliness and organization</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Current and valid DOT Medical Card</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Active compliance with the DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Clean driving record with a history of safe operations</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum of 3 years of experience in a yard spotter or similar CDL role strongly preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Proficiency in operating yard tractors in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;
