      "content": "\n<li>Daily hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair of on-site equipment</li>\n<li>Communicate with the Service and Engineering team to arrange spare parts, travel schedules, and overall support</li>\n<li>Assemble, align, and install equipment and machine upgrades, as necessary, while adhering to timeline and budget</li>\n<li>Provide 24/7 monitoring of equipment via phone support, with rapid response as needed – both remotely and on-site</li>\n<li>Routinely inspect equipment to ensure that it is operating efficiently and safely</li>\n<li>Manage a team of 2-3 custodial and entry level maintenance specialists.</li>\n<li>Assist with other leadership functions in the building, as the business needs.</li>\n<li>Communicate with facility leadership to arrange planned downtime to complete maintenance activities</li>\n<li>Record data and keep logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activity to generate weekly reports detailing completed tasks and outstanding items</li>\n<li>Provide remote support to plant facilities outside of the region to get them back in production as quickly as possible</li>\n<li>Maintain spare parts inventory at the Baltimore facility in partnership with plant management to ensure plants are stocked effectively</li>\n<li>Cover for other Supervisors and Managers during callouts or vacations</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Education: Must have third-grade stationary engineers license – Current and must maintain status during time of employment.</li>\n<li>Experience: Maintenance experience in mechanical assemblies, boilers, autoclaves, and production equipment</li>\n<li>Welding, experience with basic repair work</li>\n<li>Electrical, ability to identify and repair electrical issues and communicate fault conditions</li>\n<li>Experience in supervising employees in entry-level roles is a plus</li>\n<li>Skills: Ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled machines, with telephone support</li>\n<li>Operate engines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment</li>\n<li>Read gauges, meters, and charts to track boiler operations</li>\n<li>Monitor and activating boiler water, chemical, and air valves, as well as fuel levels in the boiler</li>\n<li>Ability to use computers, tablets and smart devices proficiently; navigate Excel spreadsheets and computer-based reporting such as Maintain-X and Myosh; write reports in MS Word and maintain computer-based documentation.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of medical waste processing center operations</li>\n"
