The focus is on driving EHS performance, supporting compliance and continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across the regional EHS network.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead and coordinate the EHS network across the Refractories Hub</strong>, ensuring alignment, reviews, and communication with site teams, local EHS, and Group EHS.</li><li>Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve the Calderys EHS roadmap across the hub, including protocols, compliance systems, environmental assessments, and safety culture initiatives.</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture and drive hub-wide EHS performance through KPIs, audits, gap analyses, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Advise the Hub Director on EHS priorities, risks, compliance obligations, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ISO, and Group EHS standards across all hub sites.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, develop preventive measures, maintain EHS management systems, and implement emergency/crisis plans at hub sites.</li><li>Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and sharing of best practices across the hub.</li><li>Provide guidance, training, and support to employees, contractors, and local EHS teams across all hub sites.</li><li>Integrate EHS considerations into CAPEX, industrial projects, and contractor management.</li><li><strong>Manage site-level EHS responsibilities for Neuwied site</strong>, including compliance, risk management, audits, emergency preparedness, and environmental impact reduction initiatives.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years in HSE roles, preferably in multinational, multi-site environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, legal compliance, risk assessment, incident analysis, and environmental standards (ISO).</li><li>Fluent in German and English, proficient in Microsoft Suite, Power BI, and PowerApps.</li><li>Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proven track record in improving performance, ensuring data integrity, and taking a hands-on approach to HSE challenges</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span class=\"cf0\">#LI-DNI</span></p>",
