Our innovative systems are trusted by high-risk operations worldwide, delivering transformative results.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> As a Finance Officer, you will be key to ensuring the financial integrity of our global operations and driving our continued growth.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">If you aim for precision, consistency, and efficiency, we want to hear from you!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This is a 100% remote position (WFH).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Requirement</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Perform high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate financial records, registers, and supporting documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Complete supplier, customer, bank, and general ledger reconciliations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support payment runs, invoicing, remittance advices, and payroll processing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with month-end and period-end reporting, account analysis, and audit preparation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, financial irregularities, and stakeholder enquiries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to finance process improvements, workflow documentation, and automation initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines in a remote environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additional Attributes:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">4+ years' experience in a finance, AP/AR, payroll, or bookkeeping role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF statements, and data cleansing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience handling 3+ currencies and understanding exchange rate fluctuations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of project costing, expense allocation, and general ledger concepts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, cash vs accrual accounting, and GST/VAT/Sales Tax principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Interest in SaaS business models, recurring billing, and subscription-based revenue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Power BI, financial modelling, or cloud accounting tools.
