This will involve prepping produce and deli products for bakery items; mixing and scaling ingredients; benching dough; loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, mixers and dough dividers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. In addition, they will assist the bakery clerks and provide world-class service to our guests as needed. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>You should meet the following minimum requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Possess basic math skills</li>\n <li>Physical ability to mix hundreds of pounds of dough and form into loaves</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds</li>\n <li>Have intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage</li>\n <li>Have a passion for putting out a great product consistently</li>\n <li>A positive attitude is essential!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our hiring team will reach out via text or email once we’ve reviewed your application.</p>",
