    "description": "<h2>About the Role</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services, (CBS) is seeking a Senior Electrician with a journeyman license to join our team at an educational facility in Woodbridge, VA. We are looking for a person that has been performing work for at least the last five (5) years as a  journeyman electrician within a similar size facility and obtained comprehensive knowledge within the past seven (7) years in the areas of inspection and repair of equipment for the distribution, and utilization of electric energy. The shift is Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Salary $34-$38 per hour, depending on experience/license.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work involves the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment</li>\n <li>working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications, locating and diagnosing trouble in electrical system or equipment, working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment and using a variety of electrician's hand tools and measuring and testing instruments</li>\n <li>In general, the work of the maintenance electrician requires rounded training and experience acquired through a formal apprenticeship program. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>You Should Have</h2>\n<p>What we are looking for in your resume:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Journeyman License </li>\n <li>Five (5) to seven (7) years experience in similar size facility</li>\n <li>Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair the following: transformers, switchboards, controllers, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment</li>\n <li>Read blueprints and drawings/layouts</li>\n <li>Provide great customer service </li>\n <li>Driver's license</li>\n</ul>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Why You'll Love Working With Us</h2>\n<p>Complete Building Services (CBS) is dedicated to the operation and maintenance of commercial and government buildings and facilities.
