Nous travaillons en tant que collectif, où l'excellence, l'expertise et l'expression sont valorisées par tous. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Le casting que tu rejoindras</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Au sein de l'équipe de films d'animation, l'artiste en éclairage/composition collabore avec les chefs d'équipe et superviseurs en éclairage et composition,  et le/la responsable du département de l'éclairage (head of lighting) afin de créer des images finales percutantes. Il/elle est en charge de l'éclairage et du rendu de tous les éléments 3D et de la composition finale de plans de production de haute qualité.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Le script </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic; font-weight: bold\"> À quoi va ressembler votre quotidien ?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Travailler avec le chef d'équipe de l'éclairage et des artistes expérimentés pour comprendre l'aspect des différentes séquences afin d'atteindre les objectifs techniques et artistiques tout en respectant l'histoire ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recevoir les plans d'ensemble des séquences et contribuer a l'éclairage et au compositing de ceux-ci sous la direction du chef d'équipe de l'éclairage du compositing ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Créer les principaux dispositifs d'éclairage et assembler les configurations d'éclairage pour une séquence en suivant les indications du superviseur de l'éclairage et du compositing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Éclairer et composer des plans à l'aide de Gaffer et de Nuke en utilisant les light rigs prédéfinis et les modèles de développement de look development fournis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Apporter une contribution artistique en utilisant votre compréhension de l'ombrage et des couleurs tout en harmonisant les aspects créatifs et techniques de chaque plan ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Résoudre les problèmes artistiques et techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Signaler tout problème au chef d'équipe, à la production ainsi qu' au superviseur, et les faire remonter si nécessaire. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">S'assurer que les plans répondent aux exigences de rendu et qu'ils sont terminés dans les délais impartis ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Soumettre les plans dans les dailies et travailler avec l'équipe pour discuter et résoudre les problèmes liés aux plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Recevoir des directives et tout commentaire constructif de la part des superviseurs et appliquer les améliorations qui contribuent à la narration de l'histoire et à l'aspect du plan.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Vos crédits </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5 ans d’expérience préalable dans une rôle similaire sur des projets de longs métrages d'animation (préciser le nombre d'années en fonction du niveau d'expérience requis);</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maîtrise de Katana/Gaffer, Nuke, Houdini Solaris et Renderman ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Très bonne compréhension de la lumière, de l'ombrage et de la couleur, ainsi que des principes et pratiques en matière de composition ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Capacité à travailler en équipe et à suivre les directives des chefs d'équipe, le cas échéant ;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Appréhension des concepts d'éclairage stylisés et non photoréalistes;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Sens de la cinématographie et de la narration;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale ;</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
