This dual-role position is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and providing excellent customer service in our store. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and have a strong commitment to our mission.</p><p></p><p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p><p></p><p><i>Inventory Management:</i></p><p>1. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.</p><p>2. Plan weekly replenishment orders based on stock level, sales trends and upcoming promotions</p><p>3. Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.</p><p>4. Organize and label inventory items for easy access and tracking.</p><p>5. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</p><p>6. Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.</p><p></p><p><i>Customer Service:</i></p><p>7. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.</p><p>8. Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.</p><p>9. Process transactions using the point-of-sale system.</p><p>10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.</p><p>11.
