We provide a full range of industrial facilities maintenance and process maintenance services.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Responsible for cleaning buildings, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy. Sweep, Mop, and Vacuum floors, empties trash receptacles, cleaning restrooms, and replace lining of trash cans.</p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.</li>\n <li>Gather and empty trash.</li>\n <li>Supply, clean, and service restrooms.</li>\n <li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.</li>\n <li>Dust/polish furniture and scrub surfaces clean.</li>\n <li>Vacuum carpets.</li>\n <li>Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.</li>\n <li>Request appropriate supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.</li>\n <li>Move furniture.</li>\n <li>Identify and report possible repairs.</li>\n <li>Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work a day or a night shift as required by customer.  Must be able to work extra hours as needed with or without notice.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6-months utility/janitor experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#PPM</p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
