Works within the Southern California territory to prospect and sell Sika products.  Interfaces with architectural and construction engineering firms to identify new construction and renovation/maintenance projects that could utilize Sika products. Specific Responsibilities: Attains or exceeds sales and profit goals by developing customers via lead follow up or other marketing initiatives. Involved in Marketing, developing and selling value proposition. Promptly conducts follow-up and qualification of leads and continuously seeks to develop new contractor relationships and build existing relationships. Develop thorough knowledge of all Sika products that can be used to assist customers in product selection and proper application techniques. Supports and develops a partnership with contractors in the use and sale of Sika products. Provides necessary technical support to contractors during the bidding and installation of Sika products on projects. Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits and other events. Develops and maintains architectural/engineering contacts to create specifications for all products relating to a project. Studies and shares competitive knowledge and business activities.
