    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer specializing in firewall support to join our Infrastructure Support team’s Networks group. The Firewall Network Engineer will support day-to-day activities and projects. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This position reports onsite 3 days/week in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage multiple Checkpoint Firewall clusters for the Internet Access Point.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage Symantec Blue Coat Internet proxy appliances.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement and manage security features including IPS, Anti-Virus, Anti-Bot, DLP, SSL interception, and Identity Awareness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, and O365 via ExpressRoute.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prevent, identify, and remediate cyber security events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Deploy IP Management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in annual security assessments. Remediate POAM items and maintain TIC compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Participate in annual Cybersecurity Test Facility exercises tasked with developing incident response procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Manage traffic and audit logs for security systems and maintaining historical data for SIEM applications.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing firewalls for a large (35,000+) user organization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Bluecoat, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux for firewall support and monitoring.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience preventing and remediating cybersecurity events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience developing incident response procedures and performing security assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience tracking and resolving incidents via ticket queue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent written and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working with a large organization (&gt;35,000 customers).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience working remotely and onsite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience using a Helpdesk system – ServiceNow is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">HS Diploma/GED and 12 years of IT experience OR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 8 years of IT experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
