    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>We are seeking an <strong>IDIQ <em>Program Manager</em> </strong>to join our team supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency’s S&T mission on the Data Science Operations Requirements Exploitation and Engineering (DORE3). The <em>Program Manager </em>shall oversee all project managers and technical leads executing task orders to ensure that requirements are satisfied as defined, on schedule, and within established costs. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience as a program manager</li>\n <li>Demonstrate ability for oral and written communication, preferred this ability with the highest levels of management.</li>\n <li>knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices</li>\n <li>Organic growth on programs</li>\n <li>Task order capture and execution</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelors in an IT-related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Mandatory </strong>Active Top-Secret Clearance with a CI Poly</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p>The IDIQ <strong><em>Program Manager</em></strong> is expected to be able to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver weekly status reports and monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs).</li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain a repository of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and program documentation.</li>\n <li>Implement and maintain knowledge management systems, ensuring up-to-date documentation and user resources.</li>\n <li>Deliver data visualization and analytics reports to DIA leadership, highlighting performance trends and actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Conduct wellness visits for VIP support and ensure readiness for special events or high-profile missions.</li>\n <li>Manage security compliance, including remediation of vulnerabilities and spillage incidents.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to address technical security safeguards and ensure system integrity.</li>\n <li>Maintain visibility and accountability for all government-furnished equipment (GFE) and IT assets.</li>\n <li>Provide direction and guidance to a multidisciplinary team, including service desk personnel, IT engineers, IT architects, and data analysts, among others.</li>\n <li>Facilitate staff training and ensure proficiency in tools and processes.</li>\n <li>Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless service delivery.</li>\n <li>Participate in and lead teaming negotiations</li>\n <li>Facilitate solution development</li>\n <li>Engage with potential customers to determine hot buttons, determine key stakeholders</li>\n <li>Steering/Persuading customer towards TekSynap </li>\n <li>Proposal writing, reviews, pricing</li>\n <li>Lead Transition activities upon award including kickoff meetings, contracts/subcontracts, staffing, financial setup, security processing</li>\n <li>Program execution including the successful delivery of services and products while managing the performance, cost and schedule</li>\n <li>Ensure program deliverables are submitted in a timely manner and are of high quality</li>\n <li>Maximize organic growth within the program</li>\n <li>Develop and motivate employees</li>\n <li>Understand the Intelligence Community</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p>\n<p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.
