In this highly visible, cross‑functional role, you will analyze, design, and optimize end‑to‑end workflows that power our core operations. You will be working at the intersection of business, technology, data, and emerging AI capabilities to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a hands‑on problem solver who brings strong process discipline, comfort with data, and curiosity about how modern tools, especially AI-enabled solutions, can accelerate improvement and reduce manual work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Process Analysis & Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Map and document current‑state processes across core and supporting P&C insurance functions.</li>\n <li>Perform root‑cause analysis to identify operational friction, inefficiencies, handoff issues, and sources of waste or leakage.</li>\n <li>Design future‑state workflows that reduce manual effort, improve cycle time, and enhance quality—often leveraging automation or AI‑enabled approaches.</li>\n <li>Apply continuous improvement methodologies to deliver tangible, measurable outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data & Performance Insights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze operational performance metrics including cycle time, throughput, productivity, severity, leakage, quality, and customer experience indicators.</li>\n <li>Structure and interpret operational data (including unstructured inputs) to surface insights and identify automation or optimization opportunities.</li>\n <li>Partner with data teams to validate results, interpret trends, and prioritize improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technology, AI & Automation Enablement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to define business requirements for system enhancements and workflow solutions.</li>\n <li>Identify and assess opportunities for automation, including RPA, AI/ML, Copilot-style tools, straight‑through processing, and digital self‑service.</li>\n <li>Rapidly prototype or pilot lightweight solutions using modern tools (e.g., low‑code platforms, AI assistants) to test ideas and deliver value faster.</li>\n <li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure operational readiness for new releases.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with business leaders, managers, and frontline teams to understand pain points and improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Facilitate process discovery sessions, workshops, and working sessions.</li>\n <li>Act as a bridge between business and technical teams—translating intent into clear requirements and evaluating whether solutions deliver the intended outcome.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Change Management & Implementation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop rollout plans, training materials, and communications to support adoption.</li>\n <li>Monitor post‑implementation performance and refine solutions as needed.</li>\n <li>Embed changes into standard operating procedures and governance frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or a related field.</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or business analysis.</li>\n <li>Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or other regulated operational environments. </li>\n <li>Strong experience with process mapping and optimization (e.g., Visio, Miro).</li>\n <li>Practical experience using AI tools or automation to improve business processes</li>\n <li>Comfort working with data to diagnose problems, validate outputs, and measure results.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical, implementable solutions.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with core insurance platforms (policy, claims, billing).</li>\n <li>Experience using Power BI and/or SQL to analyze operational data and build performance insights.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).</li>\n <li>Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (certification a plus).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs*</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p>\n<p>$100,000.00-$150,000.00.
