Supports the General Manager and entire team by organizing, planning and directing activities in all aspects of dining room service, front of house and beverage programming.<strong>About You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>An ultimate people-person, who elevates the customer experience through genuine connection and guest interactions.</li>\n <li>Motivated, hard working and inspired by our horticultural surroundings.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of alcohol, coffee and beverage programs with a passion for creating beautiful lattes and standout cocktails.</li>\n <li>Driven to lead a team of committed coworkers with an entrepreneurial spirit to reach targeted goals.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, listening skills and emotional intelligence.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining room</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)</li>\n <li>Manage beverage program; maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu development</li>\n <li>Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance</li>\n <li>Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling</li>\n <li>Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassador</li>\n <li>Encourages a positive work environment for all staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4-5 years restaurant experience</li>\n <li>1 year management experience</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)</li>\n <li>Ability to reach, bend and stoop</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
