Career pathways to either project management or higher-level leadership.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Location: Chelmsford, MA</strong></u></p><p>&nbsp;A short 27 miles from Boston, our office is centrally located just south of the confluence of US Route 3, Route 495, and the Lowell Connector, with a stop along the MBTA’s Lowell bus route 15, and a short drive from the Lowell and Billerica commuter rail stops. This office is located along the developing Route 129 corridor in Chelmsford.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Hold the lead role in an integrated, multi-discipline team that solves technical project challenges of all types</li><li>Understand project budget, scope of services, project schedule and project development</li><li>Be a primary contributor or author of the development of technical and price proposals</li><li>Monitor and review spent hours and dollars versus percent complete in relation to project timelines and budget and provide recommendations to the Project Manager to stay on track</li><li>Understand the client’s organization and develop professional relationships with client peers</li><li>Manage engineering staff and prioritize technical tasks to meet changes in schedule or resource availability</li><li>Be proficient in technical writing, editing, and presentations</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and regularly shares best practices and/or improve processes</li><li>Develop person-hour estimates and budgets</li><li>Act as a technical lead and demonstrate a specialized skill in a subject matter or application</li><li>Potentially be the primary team member responsible for overall quality control of the project</li><li>Pursue a technical engineering or project management specialization as part of your career growth.</li></ul>",
