Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li>Working collaboratively with a work center team to meet production goals and objectives.</li><li>Maintaining high quality standards as determined through quality specifications.</li><li>Ensuring you own safety and the safety of others by following all Safety rules and polices.</li><li>Support production processes by replenishing raw materials, and inspecting, packaging, and palletizing of finished goods.</li><li>Assist equipment operators, participate in equipment change-overs, and perform general housekeeping duties.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)</li><li>At least 6 months of Production/Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.</b></i></p><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li>1&#43; years of Production/Manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p>T<span>he starting “base” rate for this position is<span> </span></span><b>$22.49 per hour</b><span><span> </span>(90% of the full rate). After 6 months, the pay will increase to $</span><b>23.74, </b><span>with the full rate for the position reaching <b>$</b></span><b>24.99</b><span><span> </span>after a year.</span></p><p></p><p>This is a 12-hour shift from 7pm – 7am with a 2/2/3 work schedule. With the 2/2/3 schedule, you are required to work every other weekend.
