    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Front Desk</strong> <strong>Representative @ First Colonial Inn</strong> provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: On Call - Flexibility to work any shift (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate $15.50/hr </strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Free Meal each shift</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community</li>\n <li>Assist residents with requests as needed  </li>\n <li>Answer incoming calls</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area</li>\n <li>Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Have excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Senior Living experience a plus</li>\n <li>Hotel experience a plus </li>\n <li> Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
