          "text": "<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>The Application Engineer plays a critical role in the relationship between the customer, manufacturing and the engineering department. Part of the Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Product Director – Sales Suppression Systems, this position coordinates technical and sales related support regarding AMEREX Pre-Engineered Kitchen Protection and Industrial Systems.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Key technical contact for customers.</li><li>Ensure that information regarding customer requests and/or complaints is provided accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products and services.</li><li>Develop Bill of Materials for Kitchen and Industrial Systems to support sales and customers.</li><li>Make decisions and judgments on customer issues.</li><li>Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues with the assistance of an AI tool.</li><li>Support ongoing projects with OEM and Chain account partners in the deployment of KP and IS Systems.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the customer and the engineering department.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to address customer feedback and improve product designs.</li><li>Work with marketing to communicate changes or new products and distribute to customers.</li><li>Assist in the creation of literature and sales brochures including specification sheets</li><li>Meet weekly with planning and manufacturing to confirm production and delivery schedules.</li><li>On time preparation of various weekly, quarterly, and annual (internal) reports.</li><li>Coordination and scheduling of field rework campaigns as needed.</li><li>Occasional Travel.</li><li>Other Duties as Required.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
