    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-start=\"182\" data-end=\"487\" data-pasted=\"true\">Woodside Bible Church is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain all production systems within the Worship Center at the Troy Campus. This role ensures that audio, video, and lighting systems are fully functional, optimized, and ready to support excellent, distraction-free worship experiences.</p><p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"833\">The Systems Engineer partners closely with Production staff to prepare systems, support events, and provide training for staff and volunteers. This individual also plays a key role in system improvements, vendor coordination, and the implementation of new technologies, while actively contributing to production environments on a regular basis.</p><p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"833\"><strong>Woodside Bible Church does not offer H-1B visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"856\"><strong data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"854\">What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"1437\"><li data-section-id=\"1sekrl\" data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"947\">Maintain and optimize audio, video, and lighting systems for all Worship Center events</li><li data-section-id=\"gpvz9v\" data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1027\">Ensure systems are fully prepared and functioning with excellence each week</li><li data-section-id=\"u8n8kj\" data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1116\">Partner with Production leadership on stage turns, system upgrades, and improvements</li><li data-section-id=\"1pdnluh\" data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1179\">Manage vendor relationships and oversee technical projects</li><li data-section-id=\"15go3c4\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1255\">Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for all systems</li><li data-section-id=\"1alsjzs\" data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1334\">Train and equip staff and volunteers to effectively use production systems</li><li data-section-id=\"11n0k5m\" data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1437\">Provide hands-on Sunday morning production support (audio, video, lighting, or stage management) at least monthly</li></ul><p data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1468\"><strong data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1466\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1921\"><li data-section-id=\"1uw932p\" data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1547\">Experience in live production environments with strong technical expertise</li><li data-section-id=\"jx8cuk\" data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"1630\">Knowledge of complex AV systems, including Dante, LED walls, and media servers</li><li data-section-id=\"1w6vqmn\" data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1702\">Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure</li><li data-section-id=\"gzie1p\" data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1778\">A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills</li><li data-section-id=\"zt7ijk\" data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1842\">Passion for learning new technologies and improving systems</li><li data-section-id=\"1ek8cap\" data-start=\"1843\" data-end=\"1921\">A spiritually mature individual aligned with Woodside&rsquo;s mission and values</li></ul><p>This is a full-time, salaried, exempt role that requires membership and active participation at our Troy campus.
