You are known as being resilient to stresses and adaptive to those around you, with the ability to pivot and deliver action and results when required. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Requirements</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">A minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management of at least 20 people, leading diverse teams in a multi-level management team environment </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Any undergraduate diploma or degree in Business Administration or related educational background (an asset)</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Previous experience overseeing and managing P&amp;L, with strong financial statement analysis</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, mostly to maintain accountability with team</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Able to quickly develop and execute on action items linked to strategic planning initiatives</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Transformational leadership style to set up for future growth</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Exceptional and structured communication skills and ability to communicate with a diverse team including subordinates, peers, and members of the leadership group</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Familiarity with HR best practices related to team development and performance management</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Commitment to strive for world class customer service </span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Why Join FVCL? </span></span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Why join us when you could go anywhere else?
