          "text": "<p><em>This is a seasonal role with an expected end date in August 2026, with the potential for extension. </em><br>\n<br>\nThe Market Sales Associate provides exceptional guest service across Eataly’s various QSR counters – serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis and other Italian treats. Reporting to the Market Manager.</p><ul><li>Provides service across all QSR counters</li><li>Completes food preparation assignments neatly, accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Sets up&#xa0;stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)</li><li>Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standards</li><li>Prepares necessary collateral, weighs, labels, packages and serves products</li><li>Complies with department policies and quality, health, safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Operates a cash register and ensures accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills</li><li>Ensures the sales floor is well maintained and stocked at all times</li><li>Utilizes sales techniques to maximize store sales performance</li><li>Builds and maintains relationships with guests &#xa0;</li><li>Participates in processes and procedures related to the department</li><li>Focuses on details with a firm, clear and highly professional style</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
