Our Team Members are the foundation of our success and truly the most valuable part of the Live! brand</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Responsible for greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate and courteous service.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be well-versed in all concept products and menu items in order to guide the guest experience and sell food and beverage items.</li>\n <li>Alert Management of any service and/or safety issues.</li>\n <li>Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Inputs and controls ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served.</li>\n <li>Responsible for all bank and cash handling procedures and variance policies.</li>\n <li>Carrying a tray of beverage and food offerings throughout the restaurant/bar.</li>\n <li>Serving and replenishing, as requested.</li>\n <li>Maintaining cleanliness of work and guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.</li>\n <li>Abiding with all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service and intoxicated guests.</li>\n <li>Performing additional duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Understands all PLCB regulations. Ensures compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.</li>\n <li>Abides by company and department specific appearance standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.</li>\n <li>Must be RAMP certified.</li>\n <li>Ability to withstand physical demands, such as standing and walking briskly for extended periods of time; pushing, pulling stooping, bending and squatting continuously throughout shift; able to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Able to work entire shift, in full costume, without accommodations.</li>\n <li>Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.</li>\n <li>Must have full working knowledge of POS.</li>\n <li>Required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning. </li>\n <li>Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. </li>\n <li>Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.</li>\n</ul>",
