    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Manager of Career Coaching</strong><br><strong>Post University | Waterbury, CT (Hybrid as applicable)</strong><br><strong>Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$70,000<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday&ndash;Friday (required flexibility for evenings/weekends)</p><p><strong>Lead a team that shapes students&rsquo; futures.</strong></p><p>Post University is seeking a dynamic and driven <strong>Manager of Career Coaching</strong> to lead and grow a high-performing career coaching team serving a diverse population of students and alumni, primarily working adults advancing or transitioning in their careers.</p><p>In this highly hands-on role, you will <strong>build, develop, and manage a team of Career Coaches</strong>, drive meaningful student engagement, and deliver impactful career readiness initiatives that empower students to confidently achieve their goals.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Build, manage, and coach a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches</li><li><p>Lead recruitment efforts and strategically scale a high-impact coaching team</p></li><li><p>Manage and develop career coaching staff to drive student-centered outcomes</p></li><li><p>Proven leader with strong managerial capabilities</p></li><li>Deliver personalized career coaching (resume development, interview preparation, job search strategy, career transitions)</li><li>Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs that drive engagement and outcomes</li><li>Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the academic experience</li><li><p>Drive adoption of digital career tools and platforms while tracking and reporting on program outcomes and student success metrics</p></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li><li><p><strong>Demonstrated years of management experience</strong>, including building, leading, and developing teams in a fast-paced, student-focused environment</p></li><li><p>Experience in career development, higher education, HR, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to coach or advise students, alumni, and adult learners</p></li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Experience developing training materials, workshop content, and student engagement initiatives</li><li>Ability to collect, analyze, and report data to inform programming and decision-making</li><li><p>Familiarity with career services platforms such as Handshake, Big Interview, Interstride, or similar systems</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial approach to building programs, engaging students, and solving problems</p></li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>At Post University, you&rsquo;ll play a critical leadership role in transforming lives by connecting students to meaningful career outcomes&mdash;while building innovative programs and a coaching team that makes a measurable difference.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>M-F, with some weekends and nights.
