Join us as a 1099 Independent Contractor and make a meaningful difference!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This role is for 12 hours/week, on a flexible scheudle. </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide basic support with ambulation, transfers, and safe positioning.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with meal preparation and basic nutrition reminders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform light housekeeping duties to promote a clean and safe home environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Offer companionship and engage in appropriate supportive interaction.</p></li>\n <li><p>Document time worked and services rendered per agency requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Report observed changes in patient condition to designated agency personnel.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain confidentiality and patient dignity in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>ASSIGNMENT LIMITATIONS:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not administer medications or perform any clinical procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not modify care plans or provide medical advice.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not offer or arrange transportation services.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contractor shall not supervise others or represent UEW in any official capacity.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>LICENSURE & QUALIFICATIONS:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li>\n <li><p>In some states, completion of a state-approved PCA training program may be required.</p></li>\n <li><p>In some states, PCA contractors must be listed on the applicable aide registry or credential database.</p></li>\n <li><p>Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous experience in personal care, home health, or caregiving strongly preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable personal transportation required for travel to patient homes and the regional office, as needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $17.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.",
