You will be responsible for the project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality and budgetary standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h4>Strategic Planning & Execution</h4><ul><li>Project Lifecycle Management: Orchestrate the full implementation lifecycle for ERP and CRM workstreams, with specialized oversight of Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite modules.</li><li>Scope & Governance: Define comprehensive project scopes, success criteria, and governance models in collaboration with executive sponsors and business leads.</li><li>Roadmap Development: Establish and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation models, and budget tracking to ensure milestone achievement.</li></ul><h4>Technical Oversight & Delivery</h4><ul><li>Implementation Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams through system design, configuration, and customization, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.</li><li>Data & Integration: Oversee critical data migration strategies and system integration tasks, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability between platforms.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), bug tracking, and remediation efforts to guarantee a high-quality production release.</li></ul><h4>Stakeholder & Change Management</h4><ul><li>Communication Hub: Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical architects, and third-party consultants/vendors.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to maintain project velocity.</li><li>Operational Readiness: Lead change management activities, including the development of training materials and knowledge transfer sessions for post-launch support teams.</li></ul><h3>Required Experience & Qualifications</h3><h4>Core Requirements</h4><ul><li>Professional Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, specifically leading large-scale ERP and CRM implementations.</li><li>Platform Expertise: Demonstrated success managing high-complexity projects involving Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite.</li><li>Methodology: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management frameworks, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.</li></ul><h4>Technical & Professional Competencies</h4><ul><li>Business Acumen: Deep understanding of core business processes, including Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Revenue Recognition.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities for non-technical executive audiences.</li><li>Leadership: Proven ability to manage distributed/remote teams and coordinate effectively with external vendor resources.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or platform-specific certifications (Salesforce/NetSuite).</li><li>Industry Experience: Prior experience within the Alarms or Security Services industry is highly desirable.</li><li>Geographic Preference: Candidates based in the Greater Boston area are preferred for occasional onsite strategic sessions.</li></ul><p><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.</em></p>",
