          "text": "<p><u><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>BS Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 4&#xa0;years of experience in the field of BIM/VDC for construction projects (vertical or horizontal) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in management model version history in Autodesk Forma,&#xa0;supplemental Revit Documentation and modeling as needed to support the field, as well as sheet set management in Autodesk Forma.&#xa0;</li><li>A high level of technical Revit skills including working with filters, parameters and annotations within an Autodesk Cloud Collaboration environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience in the management of&#xa0;intelligent 3D digital model data will enhance collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Excellent communication skills; ability to run coordination meetings and translate model findings into actionable site tasks.</li><li>Strong organization and change management skills with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule.</li><li>Deep understanding of BIM processes.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong Revit skills.</li></ul>",
