    "descriptionText": "Description\n\nBask is building the infrastructure powering telehealth's future—starting with an expansive, accurate, and compliant retail, speciality, and compounding pharmacy (503a & 503b) network. We're looking for a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to help ensure medication accuracy, pharmacy partner success, and operational excellence at scale.\n\nThis role is ideal for a detail obsessed, systems driven operator who thrives at the intersection of pharmacy, compliance, and data quality—and is excited to work in a fast paced, startup environment.\n\n Support Clinical and Data Accuracy \n\n Ensure pharmacy facing data for 50,000+ compounded medications is complete and accurate—including name, strength, route, dosage, ingredients, refills, NDC/product ID\n Identify and resolve mismatches between back end's for pharmacy instructions\n Maintain and improve Bask’s internal medication taxonomy to drive consistency and scalability\n\n Assist in Building the Bask Pharmacy Network \n\n Support the vetting and onboarding of new pharmacy partners based on criteria like price, turnaround time, state licensure, medication offerings, and compliance\n Maintain partner records and ensure ongoing documentation is up to date\n Serve as a day to day contact for pharmacy partners, routing questions and resolving minor operational issues\n\n Ensure Regulatory Alignment \n\n Help track and document compliance with NABP, DEA, and state specific pharmacy regulations\n Flag potential risks or regulatory gaps and collaborate with leadership on appropriate escalation paths\n Contribute to documentation and SOPs for internal compliance workflows\n\n Monitor Quality and Risk \n\n Support the rollout of error and adverse event reporting tools\n Log and track operational issues raised by providers, pharmacies, and telehealth clients\n Participate in root cause analysis and remediation efforts for any reported incidents\n\n Contribute to Team and Process Development \n\n Execute defined workflows and processes with precision and consistency\n Offer insights to improve SOPs, tooling, or partner communication workflows\n Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including product, clinical, and compliance\n\n What Success Looks Like\n\n Pharmacy data is accurate, complete, and up to date across systems\n Partners are properly onboarded, documented, and operating within expected performance thresholds\n Issues and risks are identified and resolved quickly with clear documentation\n Internal workflows are smooth, repeatable, and improving over time\n\n Requirements\n\n 2–6 years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare data systems, or EHR/PBM environments\n Exposure to compounding pharmacies or telehealth (preferred but not required)\n Familiarity with pharmacy regulations (NABP, DEA, state level rules)\n A detail first mindset and comfort working with structured data and standardized formats\n Experience following or maintaining SOPs and reporting systems\n Strong communication and collaboration skills in a startup or lean team setting\n\n Bonus: PharmD or clinical credentials (not required)\n\n Why Join Us?\n\nYou’ll be joining a mission driven team at the inflection point of telehealth transformation.
