    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a Designer to support day-to-day brand and creative production across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets quickly and consistently while preserving brand standards. You will partner with marketing, social, and content teams to keep ongoing campaigns and always-on programs moving.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design day-to-day brand assets for email, social, paid media, landing pages, and internal brand needs.</li>\n <li>Translate briefs into polished creative aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li>\n <li>Prepare production-ready files and variants across formats, placements, and device breakpoints.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with copywriters and channel teams to ensure strong message and visual alignment.</li>\n <li>Maintain and evolve templates, component libraries, and design documentation.</li>\n <li>Support campaign launches with quick-turn updates and last-mile production adjustments.</li>\n <li>Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback with speed and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with project managers to prioritize deliverables across competing deadlines.</li>\n <li>Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency and creative quality.</li>\n <li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.</li>\n <li>Strong typographic, layout, and visual hierarchy fundamentals.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.</li>\n <li>Clear communication and collaborative working style.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of design experience in in-house, agency, or D2C environments.</li>\n <li>Portfolio showing high-volume, high-quality multi-channel execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with motion design or light animation.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with email and paid social creative best practices.</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS handoff needs.</li>\n <li>Experience working inside brand design systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Occasionally, less than 25%</li>\n</ul>",
