The Procurement Engineer is responsible for overseeing the purchasing of materials for the Cedar Rapids, IA project site. font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Initiate and manage purchase orders, evaluate project schedule, and align delivery of materials accordingly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in the specification review, bid preparation, submittal review, and quote solicitation process to include developing supplier work statements, soliciting proposals, and negotiating costs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with logistics team members to ensure timely arrival of materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Track incorrect or late orders and expedite as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Resolve payment and/or material discrepancies; track and obtain refund if necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract obligations are met; identify new suppliers as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 60, 58); font-family: helvetica;
