Maguire College of Nursing and Health Professions at Gwynedd Mercy University invites highly experienced, motivated, and mission-driven candidates to apply for one (a) full-time undergraduate nursing faculty position. This 12-month appointment begins in May 2026 and may be tenure-track or non-tenure-track based on qualifications. Faculty will contribute to a dynamic and growing BSN program, with opportunities to teach at the graduate level depending on expertise and program needs. Rank and salary are competitive and commensurate with academic preparation and teaching experience.</p><p>The preferred candidate will demonstrate evidence of teaching effectiveness and a commitment to undergraduate BSN education. Expertise in nursing education, particularly in <strong>maternity nursing</strong> didactic, clinical, and simulation instruction, is highly sought. Faculty with strong foundations in nursing education and a passion for student success are especially encouraged to apply.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with the Prelicensure BSN Program Director and the nursing faculty team to support excellence in undergraduate nursing education.
