    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with local warehouse staff on moving palletized equipment & gaining empty pallets</li>\n <li>Work with local warehouse staff on removing trash and keeping workspace clean</li>\n <li>Follow on site staff safety & technical direction</li>\n <li>Scan received equipment & validate quantities vs expected equipment</li>\n <li>Unpallet & unbox equipment</li>\n <li>Assemble network equipment & boxes per part list provided</li>\n <li>Power on and perform provided steps on network switches via console connection</li>\n <li>Once validated</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Power down equipment</li>\n  <li>Rebox in full (all items that need to be added to the box)</li>\n  <li>Repalletize equipment according to direction</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Repacking of IT equipment for shipment to customer sites</li>\n <li>Perform Network Switch Upgrades</li>\n <li>Install Network Switch Patches</li>\n <li>Conduct Network Switch configurations </li>\n <li>Build Virtual Chassis with multiple Network Switches to be connected to MIST</li>\n <li>Conduct Network Switch Trouble Shooting</li>\n <li>Follow safety regulations</li>\n <li>Keep warehouse clean and organized</li>\n <li>Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors</li>\n <li>Report issues with IT equipment and shipments to onsite management / POC.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Logistics experience and/or network experience a bonus</li>\n <li>Able to lift up to 50lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Springfield VA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>TekSynap is a fast growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment. “Technology moving at the speed of thought” embodies these principles – the need to nimbly utilize the best that information technology offers to meet the business needs of our Federal Government customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer our full-time employees a competitive benefits package to include health, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability plans, vacation time and holidays. </p>\n<p>Visit us at www.TekSynap.com. </p>\n<p>Apply now to explore jobs with us!  </p>\n<p>The safety and health of our employees is of the utmost importance.
