The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing personalized, evidence-based care to expectant mothers and their families. Our birth center values a holistic approach to childbirth, emphasizing the importance of informed decision-making and supporting physiological birth whenever possible.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) credential required. Midwife must be licensed and in good standing in Minnesota. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2 years of experience working as a midwife in a birth center or similar setting preferred but not required. Salary negotiable based on years of experience. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and manage both normal and complicated pregnancies and births.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and supportive approach to patient care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Commitment to promoting physiologic birth and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current CPR and neonatal resuscitation certifications required.</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Eligible for benefits including healthcare, PTO, CEU stipend yearly. Salary listed is for a brand-new licensed CPM, LM with no experience beyond training to receive licensure and certification.
